Hello! My name is Lauren or Lilac, whichever you remember first. I'm 21 years old, I go by he/him pronouns, and I'm engaged to the love of my life.
I'm an LGBT Freelance artist who specializes in character design and digital illustrations. I love to draw cute characters and aesthetics that are inspired by early 2000's fashion whether it be Y2K or alternative fashions, like emo and scene.
I'm also currently a full time student majoring in studio art concentrating in drawing. Because of my status of being a full time student, my own personal art is currently part time/freelance right now, ironic as an art student I know.
However, my status as a full time student though isn't stopping me from attempting to pursue some projects on the side.

♡GENERAL♡

1. Please provide a neat reference. I can't go by like lets say a heavily detailed painting with lots of colors and stuff? if that makes sense? I'll get confused on which colors are which. (I prefer drawn references, written references I'm iffy on.)
2. PLEASE abide by my do's and don'ts. I draw for fun, but I also want to draw what makes me comfortable as well.
3. Harassment towards me will not me tolerated; I will not hesitate to decline your commission.

♡PAYMENT♡

I accept 50/50 payment for commissions, an upfront payment and payment after the commission is completed. I also accept 100% upfront if that is what you prefer.

♡PROCESS♡

1. Please keep in mind that i'm a student so my schedule is always busy!!
2. If you commissioned me and I haven't finished in at least 1 month PLEASE note/dm me!! I'm very forgetful/get distracted easily!!
3. Ask if you want a WIP(work in progress) of your commission!! HOWEVER it'll be low quality and watermarked to prevent theft!!
4. Ask if you want an unwatermarked version of your commission! It will not be uploaded publicly and only submitted through sta.sh.

♡USAGE♡

1. keep in mind that I have every right to the finished piece meaning I can:
-use the work to promote my brand/title
-post it anywhere on my social media
-display on my page/etc
2. the commissioner has permission to:
-use the work with proper use (with credit!!)
-claim the right of the character(s) but not the drawing itself
-repost on social media with proper credit; linking back to me
3. the commissioner has NO permission to:
-alter the artwork without any form of consent (only exception is for instagram since the cropping is terrible)
-remove/edit out my watermark
-taking credit for the piece
